Welcome to the place my family and I called home for the past decade. Now, it is entirely renovated and renewed. We invite you to enjoy our apartment as we did. Although close to boulevards, the area is quiet, away from the busy roads. Take the advantage of the proximity of the main bus terminal and railway station, lots of shops, restaurants of numerous cuisines, wide sidewalks, parks. Enjoy picturesque panorama view of the entire city and mountain. The city center is just 15 minutes on foot.

It is East-oriented so you can sit back at the balcony and enjoy morning Sun while planning your daily tours around this beautiful city. Apartment is on the 4th floor of a brand-new building. There is an elevator. Public parking is available around the building (need to be paid). Apartment is available both for short and longer accomodations.

The cottage has been decorated by artist, and it has everything you need for long or short stay. There is a good fish restaurant 2 minutes away by foot, but you can also fish by your self and prepare the fish on the patio grill.

It consists of one larger room, a functional kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious terrace that has a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings. It's located in the wider center of Novi Sad, at a distance of about 15-20 minutes of easy walking from almost all sights in the city.
