Vacation rentals with a patio in Backbarrow

We had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to come back! Jennifer is amazing as a host, quick responses and so helpful. She gave us a list of things we could whilst we were there which was so helpful. The apartment is so cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The holiday village is fantastic for kids. The swimming pool is easy to book online and the playroom is great for the younger ones. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but we were able to cook in the apartment, each evening. The double air fryer was super handy! We loved this place and genuinely cannot wait for another visit.

Fab stay at Lorraine’s apartment in Windermere. We loved the location as everything was within walking distance which was great as it was our 5 month olds first mini holiday! The apartment its self is set in a peaceful private street which is the perfect get-way from the hustle and bustle of a busy Windermere. We loved all the amenities especially the bath and rainfall shower, perfect for relaxing after a days hiking! Certainly recommend Lorraine’s place for anyone wanting to visit and explore the Lake District.

We stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and had such a lovely time. The apartment was spic and span with all amenities considered. Beds were super comfy, we slept like logs. The balcony was the cherry on the cake with amazing views of the beach. Thanks Holly, we will definitely book again with you for our next trip to Blackpool.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great hosts that provide everything needed for a break away. Based in a lovely area with lots of countryside walks. Hot tub is a great extra to relax in and look at the stars at night. Recommend a trip to the Shooters Arms for a meal if you are looking for a local pub to eat in.

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Warm, welcoming cottage. Great location. Hot tub a bonus. Jeanette and Jim communicated well, lots advice on walks and places to eat. Very flexible with arrival time if possible. Highly recommend. Definitely be back.

A great stay from beginning to end. Clear instructions. Easy to follow and arrived in plenty of time to assist with our planning. Parking was a bonus and very welcome. The apartment was spotless, nice bottle and chocs to welcome us, together with milk for a brew. Great location, right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Bed was very comfy. Lovely house, big bedrooms, comfy beds, clean linens & towels, very clean, well maintained. Two smart TVs, nice lounge with two sofas, well equipped modern kitchen. Nice bath and shower, good hot water. We had a wonderful time. Great for a family. Slept really well. Quiet neighbours. Parked outside house on street. We hope to return. Thanks Stephen.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay while visiting the country for the first time. Great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing and attending the local event that brought us to the area. Location was convenient and we found it very easy to get around by car. Amazing views to top it off.

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious. The location was peaceful, close to the centre of Bowness. It was perfect for what I was looking for with my family.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Beautiful apparent with lots of things to do aroud. Very clean and organised and a very friendly hoast. Spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a beautiful weekend away.

What a lovely stay in the countryside! The hosts Julie and Paul were incredibly welcoming and communicative before and during our stay. The place was very clean and pretty and, the patio was such a great place to relax after a day out in the Lakes. The kitchen facilities made it easy to cook our own meals in the evening too.

Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!
