Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Back Bay, Boston

The place was excellent and exactly as described. We were traveling with children and she had a play pen we used which was great. The neighborhood itself is quite and we were able to walk to a market nearby to get some things but the highway is right there so it was a bit loud at night. She did provide ear plugs which were helpful.

I stayed four days while visiting my daughter at Emerson downtown. This was the perfect spot. Super easy walk to the T, great coffee & restaurants, and Starmarket. Loved having the large living room space, the kitchen was perfect for easy meals and having the washer/dryer in the apartment was fantastic. Joseph's place is in a little quieter area and I felt very safe walking around to all the cool spots. I will absolutely stay again.

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend staying here and plan on staying again. It was very clean, close to everything and had off street parking.

The house was perfect for me, my sister, brother in law, and infant nephew to stay for the holidays. The kitchen, dining area, and living room accommodated our parents coming over for dinners, the couch was super comfy for reading and watching movies, and getting into town was easy. Lots of great Armenian and Greek food around, and easy access to fresh pond and beaverbrook reservation for fresh air and birdwatching. Loved this place and can’t wait to stay again!

A full amenity condo. It had everything that I could possibly need. The place was so comfortable that I was tempted to stay inside instead of visiting the city. The hostess is VERY responsive, almost always responding within a couple minutes. There is a Blue Bike city bike rental location nearby. Loved the place. Thank you!

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like toiletries and a stocked kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Additionally, its close proximity to Boston made it a fantastic location for exploring the city. The host was also very nice and responsive. We highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Kateryna was very responsive at any time I texted her. She was nice and flexible and agreed to do a later checkout for us. Her place was worth the money and was exactly what I needed. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms all were super functional and clean. We were able to find all the supplies we needed for food and even board games! Definitely recommend this place for anyone as it’s drivable to down town and the beach.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

Wonderful location, five minutes away from the train station perfect for getting to downtown Boston. Very clean home with lots of space and a nice communal area. The host was very responsive. 100% stay again when returning to Boston.

We stayed Thursday night through Sunday 4-2-25 thru 4-6-25. Almost everything was in walking distance. We tried a new restaurant every night, eating mostly Italian. We weren't to far from Quincy Market, we had brunch almost every day and did shopping. It is right across the street from the wharf and we had a beautiful view from the living room. We went to go and see the Red Sox game for opening day. Couldn't have asked for better weather and a wonderful place to stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and they game us great recommendations for restaurants. We will definitely be going back again, rating was 5 stars! Anne Duran

Jake and Isabella were very generous with their offer of help, if I needed it. The apartment was exactly as described and was a great base for our 3 days in Boston. The Maverick T station was within walking distance and we got everywhere we needed to go from there.

Great place that looks as pictured, with large windows, personality, and lots of open space. Location in Chinatown worked great as a home base to explore Boston and had easy access to the T. Was well appointed with a nice kitchen for preparing meals.
