I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Nice quiet place to stay that is relatively near old quarter via car. Lots of amenities and the place is clean with working air conditioning. There is nth much in the surrounding area but it is not a big problem if you are spending most of ur time in old quarter.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

Hidden gem in the Old Quarter !!! One would never expect to see such a nice place in the area, especially due to its location. Love the individual floors with separate bathrooms, everything was clean and neat. While I loved the spiral staircase, it is not ideal for anyone with knee issues or the elderly. Will choose this again when I visit Hanoi again.

Great place at the heart of hanoi

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

Probobky the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed at. From laundry detergent to salt and pepper. I didn't have to go and buy anything. The location is about 20 min drive from the city center which is perfect because you get real local prices and taste at the many local restaurants and coffee shops. There is a gym nearby with lovely staff also. The area is quiet considering it is an area still under construction. I slept well and had no problems at all. The host is also very kind and friendly. 10/10

From start to finish, Hao was lovely and helpful. We arrived in Hanoi at 12pm so we were able to get an early check which was very convenient. The apartment was exactly how it was shown on Airbnb. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice and hot, the projector was a nice addition. The apartment is in a very good location. A 10 minute walk from the river. Lots of nice restaurants around. I recommend this apartment for your stay in Hanoi!

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

It is a very comfortable stay

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Great host and safe location with clean rooms and good amenities

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
