She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Hang was great, something happen with our first place of theirs and they quickly got us a different spot nearby that was even bigger. Thank you!

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

Great place

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! The hosts were responsive and friendly. They also gave us local recommendations, which we really appreciated. This is a cute, authentic stay in the heart of Hanoi. My friends and I joked that it felt like we were having a fun slumber party with how the beds spanned the entire room. We also appreciated the drinking water left for us. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

the most beautiful apt we (7 of us) had stayed in Vietnam & best of all, there's a lift in the apt which is a so tough to find for my elderly parents. We occupied all 6 levels! Beds, pillows and water pressure...oh they are so comfy/clean & so good. Location is cool too, just a 6mins walk to Opera House and just a stone throw across, there's a cool croissant place for breakfast.

Tuan is a great host and always helped us out when we needed. The house was tidy and the beds were comfy. Please note that there are lots of stairs to the top bedrooms. Not the most beautiful setting (up an alleyway) but everything was safe and secure in a decent location.

Absolutely amazing apartment & hosts. It felt very homely which allowed me to thoroughly relax when at home. A great location for a short walk to Hoàn Kièm lake & train street. Fantastic restaurants close by with many ethnicities to choose from. Aha Cafe across the street had best coffee around & staff always greated me with a smile which made me feel very welcome. Lastly, I was left wanting nothing from the hosts. Uyen & Nhung regularly checked in to ensure i was comfortable & even supported me when I needed a parcel delivered from overseas. I cannot recommend this apartment enough & will definitely be staying there again.
