We had such a lovely 2-night stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. The location is perfect, right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, super close to the city center and easy to get around. The sea view was stunning, and the full-glass balcony made everything feel so open and refreshing. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 😋 The host and co-host were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Enmy, who was so supportive and welcoming during our check-in. Everything was well-prepared and clean when we arrived. My bf and I truly enjoyed the time here - it felt so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely come back here for our next trip to Da Nang!💕💕

The host was so kind and lovely The room was very clean, nice view, and the host responds quickly. Reasonable price, loved it so much! I recommend it to everyone

The main disadvantages for me: - The photo with the table is from another apartment. Overall, the table and chair are identical, but this apartment has much less light. - The apartment the dark with one small window. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this when booking. - There are closed doors to the backyard with poor soundproofing; overall, it’s not noisy, but condensation drips from the air conditioner and noises near the trash bins may disturb you. - There is a huge ventilation hole above the bathroom door, there is no soundproofing. Despite the above, there are many positives: - Great location right in the center of the tourist area, with many wonderful restaurants nearby. - The manager is very customer-oriented and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible, including purchasing and delivering some small items for a more pleasant stay. - Convenient code lock for access to the building. - Comfortable shower cabin.

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I stayed at Mo's apartment for almost 2 months while visiting Da Nang Vietnam. The host Mo met us at the apartment for check-in and a walkthrough. The apartment was as described: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and a balcony with an outstanding view of the city, beach and sea. The apartment was well supplied for our long term stay and included some thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks. The WIFI was reliable and speed was good at about 50 MBS. The beds were extra firm. The building had good security and was only 1 block from the beach. There was lots of great restaurants and markets within walking distance. We loved our balcony view of the city and sea, the city of Da Nang and our SUPERHOST Mo. Mo was so friendly and kind to us. We were invited to have coffee and snacks at her cafe where we were fortunate to meet some of Mo's lovely family. We highly recommend this AIRBNB to other travels and we can't wait to return.

Ein wunderschönes und gut durchdachte Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung von Huong trifft alles zu. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar einfach verlängern können zum selben Angebotspreis. Das war super von Huong. Sie ist auch super gut zu erreichen und reagiert auf Fragen und Problemen sehr zuvorkommend. Leider hat bei uns die Spüle in der Küche einen Leck gehabt und deshalb die Küche etwas geflutet. Wir haben die Wasserzufuhr abgedreht und alles war in Ordnung. Hierfür hat Huong uns sehr viele Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Notlösung die schnell geholfen hat und wir waren nicht all zu sehr auf die Küche angewiesen. Ich kann die Unterkunft jeden wärmsten empfehlen, Strand ist auch nicht weit weg.

I had an excellent stay at Nhu’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Nhu was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, close to great local spots and easy to get around. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Nhu’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Great stay! The room is very bright, from the balcony you have a beautiful view with trees and waterfromt, everything is very clean, internet and air conditioning work great, there is a kitchen but i didn't use it as my stay was short and there are a laundry machine and clothes dryer. The location is good, you have restaurants and a winmart close by, i think also some of the attractions are not too far away, especially some famous beach. The hosts are great, very friendly, always happy to help and replying very quickly. Definitely a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you'll have a great time here!

Good apartment and everything, but the one stove could be fixed.

Beautiful home and beach with wonderful amenities. The view is breathtaking and the apartment is just a short grab ride from everything. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Vietnam.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was neat, clean, and exactly as described—very comfortable and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality. I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and the host went out of their way to help me locate and retrieve them. I really appreciated the honesty and quick communication. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

We had a great stay! Minh and Loc are both great hosts willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. Would recommend
