We really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious for 2 of us and we loved the decor and small touches. It is really central and easy to walk to restaurants, supermarket and souks. It was a little bit cold for us to sit outside but it’s a great space and would be lovely to enjoy when it’s a bit warmer. Salvatore was extremely friendly and quick to respond when we couldn’t work the gas, he gave us a call and showed us what to do. The apartment is clean and although we didn’t cook much it has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t see it mentioned on the listing but towels are also provided. A perfect place to stay in Tunis, we hope to be back one day. Thank you!

Well designed spacious comfortable flat. Historical building, which is not in great shape but is average of Tunis. Concierge was helpful but you will need a working phone connection for sure. The street is a bit dark and building is after a passage so would be easier to find during the day. Very close to heart of Tunis, both the French architecture modern center and the Ottoman architecture old town

The location of the apartment was great—really close to grocery stores and pretty much everything was within walking distance. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Big thanks to Walid—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we've met. He made everything super easy and was always there when we needed something. Really appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay at Inès and Taieb's. The communication was easy and Inès sent us useful information that made our trip easier. The apartment is as described in the advertisement. Ideally located in the heart of Tunis and easy to access, it allows you to reach the train station Barcelona, Tunis marine or visit the souks on foot. The street is alive, which can be a problem for guests looking for peace of mind if you occupy the room on the street side. Otherwise, it's a perfect place to experience the capital.

The apartment is located near the French Consulate and close to Avenue Habib Bourguiba, which is one of the central landmarks of the city of Tunis. Therefore, in my opinion, it is a safe area, even at night. The building’s staircase is in poor condition and urgently needs renovation and cleaning. The apartment is on the top floor — a long and strenuous climb. It has a very pleasant balcony. The rooms are nice, with air conditioning in the living room and an oil heater in the bedroom. The kitchen is functional, although I missed having a microwave. I loved the Delonghi coffee maker.

Aziz's apartment is very nice, there is everything you need inside. The location is great if you want to stay close to the medina, just a 10-minute walk away it is full of delicious restaurants with typical Tunisian food. The only negative note about the apartment was the toilet that got clogged one evening, but during the night it fixed itself so the next morning everything was fine. Aziz is very kind and helpful, he responds promptly to messages.

A pathway lined with low greenery leads to the entry of the villa, framed by a tall tree on one side. White walls and blue accents highlight the building's colonial style, while air conditioning units are visible on the exterior.

We had a wonderful stay in this nice and calm apartment. It was clean, cozy, and Hela was always available to assist with any requests. The location is easily accessible and surrounded by many shops. I highly recommend this place!

Hayfa was an outstanding host. Shortly after our reservation, she introduced herself and assured us she would provide additional details closer to our departure. True to her word, she sent a wealth of useful information that greatly enhanced our trip. Upon arrival, we found a well-organized guide with details about local amenities, which was incredibly helpful. Since we booked our stay during Ramadan, finding food and transport proved to be a challenge at times. However, Hayfa was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay, going above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend this location for those seeking an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay!

Super clean and well-maintained place. Bonus points are the gym, swimming pool, washing machine, bathtub, queen bed which is very comfortable and the fact that there were some hygiene products already on site. Neighborhood and secure residence with surveillance agents at the entrance. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the video explanations which were very clear. Recommended!
