The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Washing machine, dryer and iron available in the house. Fast Wi-Fi.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Our apartment (Haus Hafenkompass) is in a quiet location and offers a high level of comfort. The floors and bathrooms were renovated in 2025, so everything is now very easy to maintain. The ground floor apartment has a terrace with a small garden that offers children and possibly a well-behaved dog spout. about 100 m away is a new playground, also two quaint fish restaurants nearby are very popular with our guests. The bedroom is equipped with an outside blind.
