For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limit 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes, you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes on foot to the train station). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for extra bed is given.

The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours. Via the Wittower ferry, which is only 2 km away, you can also quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Wiek, Dranske or Glowe.

The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is great for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and surrounded by nature.

The terrace leads to the pavilion. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-ring induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the smart TV is 49". From the separate bedroom you can get to the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide.

A beautiful terrace, garden, parking & grill are also available free of charge. The vacation home is very well equipped. Shopping is 5 minutes away. No tourist tax.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
