We stayed 5 days and loved it. The house is great, large rooms, very modern and very well equipped with a beautiful private garden. Even long before our arrival the communication was excellent and very helpful. Abdullah can arrange everything you wish and on the island, Ali will be around to help you with everything you need, which was much appreciated. Ali is such a nice person and we learned a lot about Fehendoo and the Maldives. The island itself is small and beautiful, it is very calm, very nice people and there is a small shop and few restaurants with great food. We really enjoyed our stay, 5 stars, we would definitely come again.

Looking for an AMAZING experience in the Maldives but don't want to pay resort prices or you want the local experience? Then, Haneef's place is for you. We went to Malhoos over Eid and were welcomed like family into the island festivities, and there were PLENTY of festivities to see and participate in if we chose. The guest house was full because of the holiday but it didn't feel crowded. The staff is so kind and helpful with whatever you need. I'm telling all my friends about Haneef's place if they are considering a trip to the Maldives. Everybody should see the kindness of the people and the amazing water and beaches that the Guest House is located right next to. Nothing like sleeping and waking up to the sound of waves and eating breakfast on the beach. We were sad to leave.

Wonderful place, peaceful and clean. Ihube do its best for all services for his guests as transferts well organised, comfort in rooms, activities to do like snorkeling with turtles… Amazing breakfast cooked by Salim. All perfect ! Thanks for this experience in a so nice local Island.

We stayed at this guesthouse for 3 nights! I had a wonderful experience blending in with the locals on an island with few tourists. The food was also delicious, and the dishes using rice, bonito, and tuna suited Japanese people's tastes very well! Perfect for those who want to relax, unwind, and quietly enjoy nature. It was very refreshing and healing to have the sense of being part of the family and being able to play and do activities every day. The stars in the night sky were also the most beautiful. There is a daily ferry from Male, the capital, and the airport to Goidhoo, and I asked her to book a round-trip ferry ticket. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay, but they will prepare other meals if you ask. (Please note that there are only 1 or 2 restaurants on the island). The guesthouse also proposes daily activities taking into account the weather and other factors, so I was able to have various experiences without having to book individual tours! In addition to the accommodation fee, I paid a total of $195 for the ferry, meals, and activities (snorkeling on the outlying islands, fishing, crab hunting, and the Goidhoo Island tour). It is possible to pay by credit card. I was only able to stay for 3 days, but it seems that most people stay for 1-2 weeks. I was surprised that I could have such a luxurious experience in the Maldives without staying in a luxury resort. I'll be visiting again! so many of your thoughts and insights here.😊

Really enjoyed the white beaches, emerald sea, large beach area plus secluded areas on Khamadoo island . Kind, caring husband /wife hosts with great staff and attention given to providing high level of service. On our stay our room was made up every day which was beyond what we expected. We found a secluded spot for swimming and snorkelling and saw glowing faces after a couple had the romantic meal on the beach offered at Kamadhoo Inn. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the garden. A complimentary roof top musical entertainment by locals had many of us up dancing. My son and I enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated the a la carte options offered for lunch and dinner ; we loved the pizza (Silvia is Italian). Her kind husband is Maldivian. They have professional experience in resorts abroad and they offer own unique excellence in service. Tasty breakfast included and we were able to order omelettes :)

Our stay at Haneefs was the best holiday ever. We were taken care of 24/7 and every wish we could think of was fulfilled. The locals welcomed us as if we were living there. This was a great way to get to know the life of the locals. The island is a very natural, small island with a nice little jungle and a huge, well-maintained house reef where we could see turtles, small sharks, rays and octopuses right in front of the hotel. You are provided with very good free snorkelling equipment and shown great dive spots. In addition, Haneef and his team offer wonderful excursions, all of which are very reasonably priced and super worthwhile. For example, we were able to see turtles, picnic on sandbanks, explore uninhabited islands and learn to fish with a BBQ afterwards. The restaurant at the hotel is also super delicious and offers very tasty local cuisine, among other things (also pizza, fries and pasta). The two Bikini Beaches on the island are beautiful, next to the hotel and also great for snorkelling. You can also take professional diving courses on the island. We didn't miss anything on our holiday and we made wonderful, close friends. In contrast to the resorts, the holiday is much cheaper but offers similar luxury and above all lots of beaches which are not overcrowded by tourists and great insights into the life of the locals. The excursions are the same as those offered in the resorts, but much cheaper and also more private without large groups of people. We will never forget this holiday and the friends we made will last a lifetime. We will definitely come back and recommend everyone to take a holiday with Haneef in Maalhos. It is worth it!!!

Great guest house, simple ameneties, ideal location to the beach and diving pick-up point, great communication and support throughout, especially arranging transfers. We ate in local restaurants and dived with a local dive company so cannot comment on the food or private tours. Our hosts were always available face to face or via whats app to answer questions.

Mohamed's AirBNB was an exceptional experience - not just because the place was beautiful, well furnished with everything we could possibly need but the staff that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Mohamed greeted us at the jetty, checking beforehand if we needed any help with transportation (we did end up needing help as our ferry got cancelled - he was able to secure 2 seats in a short amount of time during a very busy period). He gave us an introduction to the island. Naathi the local guide here was also happy to show us around and take us snorkelling and fishing, teaching us the local lingo. They also had a chef Malu on site that made us food when we asked for it. Everyone was very attentive and kind, taking us to the cafe as well for a chat. The room and bathroom are very well equipped with a mini fridge and water provided, and a very comfortable and quaint place. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will definitely be coming back.

Everything was as agreed, the accommodation is just like in the pictures, with a wonderful view of the sea from the room. Our host, Shaniu, is a great person and was helpful, kind and attentive in everything during the time we were there. Unfortunately, the unexpected stormy and rainy weather put a bit of a damper on the planned programs, but despite all that, we had a great time there. I strongly recommend the place and the host Shaniu and thank you for the pleasant rest, we will go again next time.

Mr. Akhmal and his team delivered us all the service of a five star hotel… while also giving us space to feel at our own rithm. Kendhoo is an easy going island where the local people are friendly and welcoming. All the activities and excursions you can read about in the fancy resorts are here also possible to plan. Akmal knows all fishermen and fishing boats to take you snorkeling and fishing. Cast- away islands close so yes you can bring a basketball. All of us where very jalouse of the next guests arriving upon our departure what says a lot after staying a fabulous week. Thank you Akmal I hope to come back soon. And thank you again for the fresh fish meals.

A truly lovely inn, we felt right at home with the warm welcome at Biosphere Inn 🙏🏼 Our host did everything in his power to make our trip to the Maldives an incredible visit! From picking us up from the airport to arranging snorkeling trips and day outs, to rebooking us on another airline back to Male, when our original flight was re-routed. The Maldivian dinners were wonderful as well as the delicious daily packed lunches so we could snorkel and swim all day. We had wonderful luck and terrific guides, got to see multiple variety of fishes , huge turtles, sharks and spinner dolphins (on our way back to the pier) Shukuriyaa, Gracias, Merci, Xie Xie and a special Grazie to our chef!

Everything was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. You have everything what you need and if you have questions or need support than there is always a friendly, helping hand there for you. They alsi orgnise diffrent trips e.g. Fishing, snorkeling.... Hanifaru bay ia definitely a must go. Its amazing ☺️ Thank you for having us
