Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

If could give it 10 stars I would Absolutely spotless the bed linen was exquisit 5 minute walk to Walking Street, plenty of restaurants/food and massage parlours In the future when I move here permanently I want a place like this!!! Beautiful!!!!❤️👌😁❤️👍

We had a great time stay at Hang’s place .. the location is strategic connecting to Landmark 81 Mall 👍🏻 below the apartment there is a pharmacy and Xin Fu Tang which my sons like it too. And also there so many convinience store nearby. The host so fast response although I ask him to book a taxi for us at 04.30am in the morning , he also got reply my massage … such a great place to stay then yesterday we plan another trip with my friends to HCM again in early May then I booked Hang’s apartment again .. see u soon again Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳

Lovely place. We stayed one night and really enjoyed the place

The location was perfect, with lot of cafe, restaurants and very kids friendly, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Our host Jodie’s was great, she was alway available to help, highly recommended! We looking forward to see you again!!

Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

The apartment had everything we needed. It was basic, clean, & air-conditioned. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. Towels & linen were supplied and clean. The local people were very friendly making a nice atmosphere. There was a lot of noise from the street but it didn’t bother us too much after exhausting days. The location is not too far from main attractions & we easily took a short grab ride wherever we needed to go. It’s also possible to walk but we had a 7 year old with us and we opted to get a grab most trips due to traffic safety and pollution. The host was also very responsive.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Jennifer Thuc’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a large group, providing both privacy and great common areas to hang out together. Jennifer was a fantastic host—super responsive, accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big group!
