We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

The host is quick and well-informed. Clean and comfortable room.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I really enjoyed the stay, the vibes in the neighborhood was nice!

Viet is the best host ever, the house was just amazing and full with beautiful art pieces and design! It’s near to everything that tourists are interested in, and the neighborhood is also very safe. 100/100 recommended!

Chilli and Chum's was a perfect little spot in district 1, removed enough to fell local and like a good escape but close enough to easily get to many must see locations. we were so very pleased to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Cuong’s house is very clean and has good facilities. Cuong is also very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

We have had a good time because of Jenny 's response and kindness. Her house is an old-looking local house, but it was spacious and neat. I was able to stay cool thanks to the air conditioner installed in each room, and I had two bathrooms, and it was not inconvenient for several people to use it. Location Also 3-5 minutes from the bus stop. 5-7 minutes from Bujii (tourist street). It was convenient to walk to the Ben Than Market in 10 minutes, and most of all walk to in the district 1.

Our stay Mai Am Homestay was really nice. We didn't need a grab or taxi to go to central spots. Many good restaurants were nearby. We also received a lot information about nice food spots by Mie as soon as we checked in. Everything was perfect!

The place matched the listing. The host was willing, sent exact instructions. We arrived late at night, so we welcomed self check-in. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and a big shop across the road all around. I definitely recommend a place to stay, just for those with a shallow sleep can be a problem with the club playing next door late into the night. However, this is beyond the host's control, and their reviews don't reduce it. Thank you so much.

Sen is a great host, and I'm happy to spend 3 nights in Sen's residence. The room is surprisingly quiet given its location right inside the japanese quarter. I will stay again when I visit HCMC again, and I recommend Sen's residence to travellers with budget if you don't mind walking inside the japanese quarter.

Had a great stay in Hao's place,his directions were accurate, the place comfortable, clean. One of the best in my entire stay in Vietnam.

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!

There is no better place than staying there. Thank you Trang who is a wonderful hostess. It‘s a lovely place that feels like home. You won’t be disappointed once you step in this studio. You won’t be hungry after step out finding what to eat, a few Vietnamese cuisine options. I hope I could be there again if I were in Ho Chi Minh City.

My family had a great experience in moon's house , the place is clean, new furniture is nice, the bed is warm & especially the host is dedicated with attentive service!!!
