Nice room in the center of the city. Near the Chill sky bar, nightlife and all sleeping bus companies.

Would stay again- very convenient- but 1/2 block off beaten path and you’d never know you were so close to bui vien. Perfect. Balcony and elevator too. Love the alley it’s on.

Für uns war’s perfekt. Henry hat uns geholfen als wir gescammt wurden. Dafür sind wir ihm sehr dankbar. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden wiederkommen❤️

Hanh's place is wonderful. Very clean and beautiful, just as the photos. The location is great, close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice place for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. The host has been helpful and reactive when we struggled to turn on the AC.

very good place for solo travelers. great location in central Saigon, and you can get to a lot of places by walking. Great for the price, and the host is great with communication.

Nice Airbnb in a convenient neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and late-night food options nearby. The area feels safe, and it's easy to call a Grab scooter—though your best bet is to order one from Unique Café just around the corner. There’s even a peaceful temple right across the street, perfect if you need a moment of calm. A few things to note: the neighbor can be quite noisy with their cats, and there’s occasionally a sewer smell in the bathroom, both during the day and at night. If you don’t spend too much time at home, it might not bother you. The bed is on the firm side, but the sofa is a good alternative. I stayed for over a month and got used to the place quickly. Overall, a solid option!

Angenehmer hätte mein Aufenthalt nicht sein können. Ich wurde gleich zu Beginn mit einem großen Lächeln begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber, wirkt wie neu, man spricht perfektes Englisch und der Sohn sogar Deutsch. Alles, was ich brauche, wird sofort umgesetzt: 5G WIFI, Motorrad, Sachen für die Küche, ein Ohr bei Sorgen. Die Regendusche war etwas kaputt. Ich sagte Bescheid und ging zum Geldautomaten. Das waren maximal 5 Minuten und als ich wieder da war, war alles neu! Ich werde in den nächsten Monaten immer wieder zurückkommen. VIELEN DANK!!!

We stayed for 8 nights total. The room was as expected and clean. Not sure if breakfast is included or not but we had it one morning. Tonee was always friendly and was a pleasure to chat to.

I had a small hiccup finding Jenny's place when I arrived in Vietnam at 11:00 p.m, but her property manager came out and found me immediately and after that everything was great. each room is like its own tiny little apartment. there is a small utility kitchen with a stove and a fridge, the bed was comfortable, lots of room for your luggage, and you are the only one on the your floor. I loved the "alley" Jenny's place was located in, and getting transportation was simple. highly recommend.
