Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

Review is actually for Minh’s other Double Monkey residence at the back beach in Vung Tau. From the beginning, Minh was helpful and accommodating regarding our stay in her wonderful home in Vung Tau. This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

I was glad to find that there were shops next to the apartment and even when we came back home late the area was lit and busy with people which makes you feel safe. The apartment is facing the main road and it is very easy to get grab car whenever you wish to go sight-seeing. Nguyen Thi was very cheerful and helpful in helping us to check in and also helped us by providing a travel adaptor and giving us suggestions. Overall I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

Hien, the helper, is wonderful. My family enjoyed every meals she cooked for us. She is very nice and helpful. The fresh bead she baked every morning is also a delight. The place is idea for a family get away.

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

Good location with a very popular restaurant next to the location. Close to many cool spots. Strong internet connection.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

This place is close to everything. Lotte Mart across the street for grocery shopping, coffee, and foods. We love the swimming pool on level 5. Need to pay extra fee for gym. Host was very nice and quick response. We will definitely come back again and again.

Perfect place in an ideal location to explore the city. This unit has everything, including a washing machine, and Lin went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Would recommend this spot to anyone, thanks again!

Really good place to stay in HCMC. Walking distance to the center and still private and quiet during the night. Also liked the access to the gym and the rooftop pool.

We had a perfect stay in Hai’s apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. District 1 is 18 minutes walk or around £1.25 in a taxi. Everything was clean, instructions were easy and Hai answered any questions we had. He was flexible with check in and check out. Smoothest and best host!

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

I loved staying in Trung’s apartment. It is very well maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Thao Dien, very near to great restaurants, a shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Also an easy, short cab ride to district 1. I would definitely stay there again.

Pipi is a host like no other. She’s very responsive, kind, and always on keen to help. She recommended me several local places that were great, and the fact that she was always there to help was a great spot on. In terms of the place, it is a small apartment but it has everything for a lovely stay. The location is great, and it is at walking-distance to most places. It didn’t match the photos, but I think that it’s because she manages several units on the building. However, the unit in which I stayed was great value for the money I paid. I really hope I could meet another host like Pipi in the future!
