The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.

My friend and I had a great time at Nguyễn Hằng's place. Right from the booking she was very friendly and always available for our questions. The house itself has a fantastic size and location, it offers lots to do as well (we played billiards so many times 😊).

We managed to book this beautiful apartment with just a day notice. Host was very helpful and responsive. Back beach is within walking distance and is the main attraction. We where a big family of 16 people, and each bedroom come with 2 x double beds, which is very family friendly, where each family (2 adults + 2 kids) stay in each room. What is not mentioned in the ad is that there are enough towels for everyone 😀 We enjoyed our stay, thumbs up from us 👍

everything is very good, the direction of the room is quite cool, not afraid of the sun but still enough in case of need to dry clothes. The hair dryer of the room is damaged, then the host immediately bought extras, everything you need is almost supported very enthusiastically.

It is a very spacious apartment with a huge living area. Host Mr.Son was always attentive to any sort of requests/ help. He even supplied an additional mixer upon our request. After all my family was quite happy.

Huynh Thi’s place is great. It has 3 bedrooms, a full service kitchen, living room and a sea view balcony- which is wonderful for morning coffee. The host was one of the best I’ve ever had. She took care of any issue immediately and responded within a minute or two. There is a Lotteria on the corner where you can buy anything you need. Great job on a comfortable stay!

We love this place. Our family had a great time at Anh Thanh’s place. The villa is extremely clean and have everything you need for a home-feeling-stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family up to 10 members. The location is great. Oceanami’s pool is beautiful, clean and safe for family with young kids. Highly recommended. Anh Thanh and his housekeeper are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. Thanks :)

The host and housekeeper are very enthusiastic to support us. Before arriving, I had a timer but arrived a little late, the housekeeper waited near the gate to support the whole group to park and receive the house. House is clean and private, comfortable bedroom, cozy. My friends are also very satisfied with the experience here. Convenient road, close to market. Our group cooks, lack of things, can still run to the market. Walkable to the pool, sea. Or there is a support tram too. If I have a chance to come back to Phuoc Hai, this will definitely be the first choice I think about.

This is a hidden gem with a stunning view, a big party terrace with sea view, well done rooms! Mai Nguyen was a great host and she was very helpful everytime we needed any support. Her accessibility and fast response made our stay a memorable one ! Definitely we will stay here in our next trip to Vung Tau !

the resort was somewhat deserted, but it was great to have the big pool just to ourselves! it was a nice and quiet place, the vulla was super nice with some sea views, and very comfortable! the host was fantastic, helping with so many things, starting from transport to the airport, motorbikes rental, calling local taxis fir us, really nice!

The hosts are super cute, very helpful. The first time booking a rental on the app did not expect to be able to rent such an extremely satisfactory apartment.

The room is clean and tidy , the view is 10 points , the accommodation is too ok , recommend for this place.
