Solo female traveler. A great base for a 2+ week stay in Hanoi outside of the tourist center, but easily accessible by Grab bike/car. Apartment exactly matched pictures/description, and the building is very secure. Good location for access to shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, etc. Reliable wifi for video calls. Mattress and couch are both quite firm. Responsive & helpful host. Would recommend if you're looking to get a taste of life in Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. We had a short stay at Tommy's place and everthing was perfect. It was the best choice for us. The location was super convenient, great city view. The apartment was very clean brand new , full-furnished. I appreciated his hospitality, quick answer to any enquiry. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Though we had a language barrier, the host was very responsive and proactive to my questions and requests. He was very willing to accommodate to my circumstances and was willing to help out during most of the day. I really appreciated his hospitality, especially with laundry.

great location. walkable to Hoan kiem lake which is a great location. clean interior, feels like a boutique hotel entrance. great and responsive host. helped with transport and local day trip bookings.

We had a great time at Nga's, a real cocoon in the heart of the old town. After several trips to Hanoi, we are happy to have found an apartment with so much comfort, great taste and so kind hosts. The apartment is very nice and the balcony is a real plus to admire the hustle and bustle of the city. We will return with our eyes closed and with great pleasure! Thank you very much!

Very nice apartment, great for long stays. Very clean apartment. friendly English speaking front desk staff. Nice location away from the tourist areas but easy location to get to all the good stuff Hanoi has to offer. Fuji mart on the first level (replaced golfzone) is soooo convenient for getting water, snacks/food, I went there a lot. Great place to stay in Hanoi. Near coffee shops, food, the lake

Hung is really a super host. He cared a lot about his guests and very respectful . He saved me when I left keys in the room and when I left for excursion. Thank you for your kind help, even it was holiday and Hung was outside the city , he was able to help me and I got the key in time. The room is clean and spacious, the decoration is nice and coffee in cafe downstairs is cheap and tasty.

I had a wonderful stay! The place felt very homey and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, within walking distance to the Old Quarter, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!

My family and I (total of 7) stayed in this place for 5 days. We were very satisfied and happy with the place as it was so big and felt like home. We gathered together in the big living room to talk to each other every night. Extra point for the dryer. Really gave us a lot of convenience. Communication with the host was excellent. She was very helpful and responsive. And she also accompanied us for check in and check out. The location was nice. Had a shopping mall and supermarket just downstairs. It usually took us around 10 to 15 minutes to go to the old quarter. It was not a place where really close to the tourist areas but it was a quiet and safe place for family to stay. Really enjoyed this stay!

Perfect location to explore the lively area of Truc Bach - Hung is an excellent host with great communication. The apartment was tidy and in a secure building with great coffee. I would return again to see more of Hanoi… truly a beautiful place!

Great apartment with fully furniture, It really suistable for someone intend to have long stay, all of them are so new and clean. I booked Linh's place nearly midnight and she contacted me immediately then guide me how to do self checkin. The sercurity of the building so good, the receptionist so nice, friendly. One of the things I like the most is the location, the building located in the center of Hanoi, opposite site with The Lotte center, nearly Japan Embassy and next to United Nations Building which makes the place safer and friendly with foreigners. I will absolutely come back for the next business trip. Thank you so much for taking care of me and support me right after I texted you no matter what time it is

To be honest, it was my first time staying at a both affordable & luxurious apartment and I'm totally happy about it. All I could say is it was amazing! The house looks just like the photos on Airbnb, and the feelings were absolutely great when everything was so clean and beautiful. I'm pretty sure that the host spent a lot of time on designing and decorating this house. We took a work trip to Hanoi, had a stay of 4 people at Long's house and had a really good time cooking, talking and enjoying this cozy home.

Spacious 1br condo. Shopping mall is at the same building, beautiful view. Friendly host.
