1日1組のみのお客様をお迎えしております。建物の一部分はホスト夫婦の部屋となっていますので一棟全てが貸し切りではございません。ただしお客様の滞在区域のプライバシーは完全に確保されております。周辺は田畑や住宅が点在する非常に静かなエリアで、朝は鳥のさえずりが聞こえてきます。近くには産直市場や温泉、サイクリングロードなど観光スポットが多くありますので、連泊して回られるのがオススメです。上高地、白馬へも日帰りできます。周囲は閑静な住宅エリアですので、外での大きな声でのご歓談はお控え下さい。建物内、敷地内とも禁煙になっております。ご協力お願い致します。駐車場は普通車2台まで停めていただけます。自転車のレンタル（3台まで）も可能です。電車でお越しの場合は、最寄駅はJR大糸線の豊科駅になります。そこからタクシーで15分、2000円前後となります。ピックアップサービスはしておりませんのでご了承ください。　長野県では2026年6月1日より宿泊税が導入されました。1人一泊につき200円、2029年6月1日からは300円の宿泊税が課税されます。
