We enjoyed our time at the apartment. We rented a car and were able to park right outside of the apartment entrance. The use of the hotel pool was great. Joana is a very responsive host.

Wir können den Aufenthalt im Apartment von Joana nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Wir waren hier 2 Nächte und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Gebäude ist sehr einzigartig wie auch die Unterkunft. Im Apartment selbst findet man alles vor, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank Joana und Antonio, dass wir diesen tollen Ort erleben durften.

This is a very special place! Beautifully located, pretty rooms with great private terrace. The shared kitchen / seating area is fantastic, so much space, very clean and well equipped with the best view to Pico and amazing sunsets. We never wanted to go out for dinner, just cook and stay there to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast with the freshly baked bread, cheese and fantastic homemade jams was great as well. Staff was so nice and explained everything well. There is so much more to like, the animals, close beach, free bicycles.... We just had the most wonderful time!

The place is very nice and has plenty of room. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals. It is within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. Leticia met us there and showed us around. She gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat and has maps and other information there in the Airbnb for you to use while you are there. We loved staying there highly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Terceira, das Apartment ist schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist top und die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

First time at Açores and couldn't choose a better host! Fátima made me feel right at home. Welcome basket was AMAZING, she also brought local fresh products from the farmers and her own garden! Made me so happy. The place was spotless clean, all needed for long stay plus specific things I asked for was provided. Check-in was easy and pleasent. Communication was perfect, Fátima was always available and helpful. Location is quiet, ocean views, abundant rainbows, gorgeous starry nights, happy animals and people. Paradise! 15min drive to Lajes do pico where you can find Anchor supermarket & mini Spar (small grocery stores and bakeries (Padaria) in every town). An hour from the airport, car is needed. Fátima is a warm, kind host, always made sure everything is ok, I felt very cared for and welcomed. Cows on the roads are very common. A few stray cats&dogs that previous guests fed came by I happily kept the tradition going :). Pico Historical Walking Tours (Google) w\Manuel is awesome!

Прекрасный и очень уютный дом! Оригинальное пространство и уникальный дизайн. Хозяева вложились в идею с душой! Ana очень приветливая, внимательная и приятная в общении. По вечерам на улице было прохладно поэтому камин не только создавал уют, но и хорошо обогревал все пространство. Отличная и оригинальная идея с завтраками, который приносили каждое утро под дверь. Все было супер!! Мама уезжать не хотела)) Большое спасибо 🙏

You can’t find a more centrally located apartment than this. Right above the main walking street of the city, Miguel’s place is perfectly situated yet quiet and private. Having an underground space to park the car was a real bonus! Miguel is easy going and friendly. I’d stay here again!!

Tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Wir haben unserer Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet aber auch, dass es insbesondere am Wochenende nachts etwas lauter werden kann. Hat uns aber nicht groß gestört.

His photos on line don’t do it justice. It was lovely inside, with patios and a quaint street at its front door. Jose was so helpful and he loves his city. VERY helpful with suggestions for our short stay there. It will be my first choice when I return.

Great spot in Punta Delgada walking distance to restaurants, bars and lots of things to do. The place is super quiet inside. Very comfortable and super clean.
