Great place and great host!

Great location to both the city center and quick access to roads if you plan to drive yourself around to explore the island. Bruno was very responsive to messages and shared a fantastic list of recommendations. For our group of 6, the space was comfortable and looked just like the pictures. Bruno's home was a comfortable spot to make our home base and to relax after amazing days appreciating all Sao Miguel has to offer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 ed è stato come essere a casa. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e la casa è comoda ai servizi per visitare Horta e l’isola di Fayal. Edoardo si è dimostrato molto disponibile anche quando abbiamo dovuto risolvere dei problemi inaspettati . Consigliato per un vs soggiorno ad Horta.

The apartments have everything you need. Even such small things as: detergents, spices in the kitchen, etc. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine and water in the kitchen, which indicates the hospitality of the hosts. The view from the window is beautiful on the ocean. There is a parking space in the garage. We really liked staying in these apartments and we recommend them to everyone!

Coliseu is a well-managed corporate apartment well-suited to our needs. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed in a central location with an easy in-out dedicated parking space allowing for both exploring the town on foot and driving around the island. I do agree with some previous comments that the mattress- at least the one in the bedroom facing the courtyard - could be more comfortable. And with only one set of keys, both travelers had to be together at all times or arrange for a rendezvous. These are not dealbreakers but appear to be easily remedied. Our contact Michelle was attentive and helpful.

joli appartement, spacieux, bien aménagé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier est calme et prôche de tout (bus, magasins, centre, mer). Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passé.

Logement magnifique avec de beaux volumes, des prestations de qualité et un emplacement de choix, proche de l'aéroport. Appartement au 1er étage d'une résidence sécurisée avec parking privé et ascenseur, à 2 pas du port et du centre historique de la ville, avec commerces, activités et restaurants accessibles à pied. Cadeau de bienvenue dans le logement, propreté irréprochable et excellente communication avec les hôtes. Superbe adresse pour visiter Ponta Delgada et l'île de Saõ Miguel.

A nossa estadia na Vivenda 5 Reis, foi maravilhosa, a casa é grande e muito bonita, rodeada de um lindo jardim, numa zona muito recatada, perto da cidade de Angra, 3 minutos de carro para o centro e com acesso para todos os pontos principais da ilha. A casa está completamente equipada com tudo necessário para cozinhar. A ilha Terceira é linda, gastronomia fabulosa, um encanto. Anfitriões super simpáticos, atenciosos, comunicativos e sempre prontos a ajudar em situações desfavoráveis. Recomendo e vamos voltar.

El alojamiento es una maravilla. Una zona bonita y tranquila, la casa es espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. El Jacucci es la joya de la corona, nada mejor después de un día agotador visitando la isla. Los anfitriones amables y atentos. Repetiría😊

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist modern und bietet einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt alles, was man sich wünschen könnte. Besonders süß waren die Katzen, die sich gerne streicheln lassen haben. Wir vermissen sie jetzt schon. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!!!

Nous avons loué cette villa pour deux familles, et tout était parfait. L’espace était suffisamment grand pour que chacun soit à l’aise. Pendant notre séjour, le service a été impeccable : on nous a apporté des serviettes propres, un geste très apprécié. La localisation est idéale, proche de tout, et la vue est à couper le souffle. Un détail qui ne ressort pas bien sur les photos : il y a deux espaces de stationnement, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Die Unterkunft von Flor und André hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und war eines der schönsten Airbnbs, die wir in den letzten Jahren gebucht haben. Die Aufteilung der Räume war perfekt: Durch den Schlafbereich unterm Dach hatten wir im Wohn- und Essbereich viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es ist nahezu alles vorhanden, was man auch selbst zuhause hat. Besonders schön war auch der Außenbereich, den wir für Frühstück und Abendessen genutzt haben. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus war ideal. Von hier aus konnten wir unsere Aktivitäten auf der Insel bequem starten, und auch der Weg zum Flughafen war kurz. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, die in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Flor und André waren jederzeit ansprechbar und gaben tolle Tipps – die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Francisco immediately made us feel at home in his air bnb. He offered great recommendations for us to see the island and had everything we could need during our stay. The place was clean and less than a 10 min drive to the city center.

One of, if not the best Airbnb homes, we’ve ever stayed at. Fantastic location in Furnas. Steps away from the hot springs of Poça da Dona Beija and a short walk to Terra Nostra Gardens. Full of amenities. Luis and Marta are super responsive and great with communication. They have thought of every detail and anything you may need is available. Extremely well kept and clean. There are helpful hints/instructions in multiple languages to meet your needs. Plenty of space outdoors to sit and relax. The hot tub is a big plus for relaxing in. Highly recommend! When we return we will definitely stay again.
