The team at the reception was very friendly and helpful, feel free to ask them whatever you need! Our room with bathroom was very clean and had more than enough space for two people. There is a shared kitchen but not very much equipment.

We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed the place very much! The staff were all super nice and gave us good tips for the surrounding areas. The suite exceeded our expectations and everything was super clean and cozy! The breakfast is absolutely worth the money. We would come here again any time.

We appreciated the welcome booklet with local recommendations. It was nice that the room was cleaned each day, and the entire place was impeccably clean. Silvana (the housekeeper) was amazing! The breakfasts served every day were such a nice addition (fresh juice, fruit, yogurt, breads, meats, cheeses, etc.) and Silvana went above and beyond preparing us a to-go breakfast on a day we were planning to be out early! Joana's communication was fantastic. We stayed in Suite 4 for one night before this room was available, which was also incredible (clean, spacious, great view). This room (Suite 7) with a private balcony was the best! An awesome view of the area and even Mount Pico! We would definitely stay here again!!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Mooie kamer met flesje water, appeltje, koffie/thee. Verder heerlijk gegeten in het bijbehorende restaurant. Voortreffelijk ontbijt met veel vers fruit en overheerlijke ananas! Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer interessante tour gehad over de ananasplantage met uitleg over de bloei en groei van de ananas. We kijken nu een beetje anders naar de Azoriaanse vrucht. Unieke plek van de jacuzzi! De mogelijkheid tot het gebruik maken van zeer goede mountainbikes vonden wij geweldig! Fijn om op de fiets Ponta Delgada te ontdekken. Zelfs op onze uitcheck dag mochten we er nog gebruik van maken terwijl onze koffers veilig onder toezicht in het hotel konden blijven. We zouden graag eens terugkomen en raden iedereen een verblijf Herdade do Ananas aan.
