The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. The port of Assos is only a few kilometers from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu by your vehicle in 20 minutes.

Our stone building has been completely renovated with all new furniture and equipment. At the garden level, there are 2 rooms, one of which is a suite, with bathrooms and garden. There are fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, indoor, outdoor and semi-open terrace sections on the living room floor. There is gallery(loft) section above the hall.

3 km to Asosa 25 km to Kucukkuyu on Assos Küçükkuyu road. There is a safe area where you can park your car in its own garden. When you are right in front of you, you can reach the sea within walking distance(max. 200 meters) between the olive trees or you can swim in the camping or beaches in a short distance. Our house has air conditioning, washing machine, tea maker, oven and coffee maker. The L armchair at the door entrance can be a bed. We have spare benches.
