It wouldn't be a lie to say it has the most spectacular view in the village! The sea as far as the valley can reach, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The clean air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, occasional bells from a flock of sheep or goats… Away from the crowd, close to the clouds…

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

My wife and I are architects. In 2016, we bought a 2-story stone house with a history of about 125 years in Çanakkale Ayvacık Tabaklar Village and restored it to live in at certain times of the year. As you can see in the photos, we decorated it and enjoyed it with our family until now. Starting this year, we are opening our home to guests on Airbnb.
