Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ayutuxtepeque

The place is brand new and beautifully appointed with comfortable and high quality beds and pillows, perfect when travelling. Having a full kitchen is awesome, along with laundry and a nice living area to unwind. The location is perfect for visiting restaurants and other nearby attractions, however it is on a busy street so it can get loud during weekdays and it could be hard to get to the garage during rush hour. However, overall the place is fantastic and would stay there again.

Alejandro place is fantastic, has a great view and all you need, the building is safe and private and the location is also very good near restaurants and easy to get to other places. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y ordenado, fácil de encontrar y muy cerca de el centro de San Salvador, cerca del centro histórico y muy cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Una estadía con una ubicación excelente para recorrer la capital.

Fue una estadia muy cómoda y tranquila. El lugar es muy espacioso y tiene buenas amenidades. La ubicación es centrica y un lugar seguro. Manuel siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable.

This house is nice and the host is very responsive. There are many restaurants nearby. The airport is about 40 minutes. Most of the things to do in El Salvador is far. The Master bedroom is very spacious, has a TV and private bathroom. There are three other bedrooms on the first floor and none have TVs (1 of those rooms has bunk beds and private bathroom) and the other two rooms share a bathroom. There is also 1 bedroom on the top floor which I do not think there was a TV but there is a common TV in the living room. There is air condition. There is a Walmart nearby if you are picky and want your own soap, towels and/or sheets and don’t want to pack. Uber to restaurants was about $3 one way and is very safe. If you are doing tours, you are better off hiring a driving service and then paying at the attraction to enter. The showers get a little backed up and I think you have to keep the drainplug on. I highly suggest the host add TVs to all the rooms.

This place went above and beyond my expectations. Host was always very informative and always available to answer any questions. The place is exactly what is mentioned online. Great location, view, and the room layout is great. It exactly had what is shown on the website and also very easy and convenient and centric to local restaurants and business. Security was on point and friendly. I would highly recommend this location and I would book again. Overall, I had an EXCELLENT experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The property is tucked away in a peaceful, scenic location in the city that perfectly combines city vibe with luxury. The house itself is a stunning blend of modern amenities and traditional Salvadoran charm. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunset, and we enjoyed quiet evenings on the private terrace. The space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with cozy touches that made it feel like a true home away from home.

todo fue excelente, buena ubicacion , las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, la llegada sin problema, la seguridad buena, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amena, quedamos invitados para regresar en una próxima visita a El Salvador.

Me hospede en el apartamento de José por que me realice una cirujia a pocas cuadras de ahi y fue el espacio indicado que necesitaba para mi recuperación, un lugar muy acogedor, limpio y sobre todo tenía todo lo necesario para mi estadía, 💯 % recomendado, muy buena ubicación y todos los restaurantes muy cerca de la zona, muchas gracias!

Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasar tiempo en familia , se siente como en casa , cómodo muy limpio , zona accesible , y súper amplio todo muy organizado y limpio , volvería a elegirlo de regresar de vacaciones.
