Amazing amazing amazing. 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Salvador to book this place. the team is amazing and always responsive, they even coordinated with my family when i left a few things behind. The building itself is very safe, secure, with lovely staff and two ample parking spots which are right next to the entrance and elevator. From there, you take an elevator to the 3rd floor where you'll find the unit in impeccable shape, with a stunning view of the city. Large living room and kitchen, two large bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large king with ample closet space and its own bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom is ample too with two Full beds and its full bathroom directly infront of it. On the rooftop there is a terrace with the best views of the city, and the full washer/dryer in its own room was amazing. We WILL be back!

It was a very good experience. Very good service, clear instructions, comfort, cleanliness, proactive communication from the host. I would compare this experience to something similar to staying in a hotel or even better, due to the comfort and excellent service and detail offered by this apartment.

I stayed at Fernando’s for 5 months. It was probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The location is wonderful… very close to shops, malls, supermarket, gym, etc. Fernando was also an amazing host. He was very communicative, kind and attentive to any inquiries I had. I would definitely recommend his place, especially for those looking for longer stays in El Salvador.

Beatriz was a great host. We loved her service and her recommendations, she helped us a lot with our luggage and went far beyond what was necessary. One of the best hosts on Airbnb.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, very clean, and felt brand new. The king bed was super comfortable, and having both AC and a TV in the room made our stay even better. The only minor issue was the traffic noise at night - sound motorcycles and cars, so if you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might help. Security guards were friendly and the pool hours were perfect to get some sun and cooling from the heat. We had a lovely stay and definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you for having us!

I am extremely happy! Everything went nice and smooth! Such a lovely stay! I could finally have some rest from all these past years in the run! Anabel (Co-host.) was there for me at all times. Accommodations were just perfect! I even felt better than my own home! Beautiful and quiet atmosphere! Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets! Felt in love with the city views! El Salvador is in my heart! So deep that I am planning to make a comeback soon!! Made me feel like I was part of their family! If anybody is looking to make a reservation at this location I promise you will not be disappointed at all!! There is no words for me to explain how truly happy I am! I highly recommend to stay here. Amazing place, it’s close to everything which is convenient. The apartment was super clean and the bathroom was my favorite, many details around the apartment including the pan dulce. The view from the apartment is incredible day and night. And the best of it the price!! Very affordable for the luxury that it offers.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6, it had everything we need it to feel at home. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. The host is very responsive and great to work with. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have used in El Salvador. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Gabriela is a very good host. It was a last-minute booking. Gabriela was always very attentive to everything we needed. The apartment is impeccable, I would say the cleanest apartment I've ever been to. 5 stars for this place. Very accessible and close to many places that you can't miss.

This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

My stay at La casa terraza was amazing. Lorena was super attentive and even recommended some places to check out near by. She was super flexible with the check in and check out I appreciated her hospitality to the max. Will def be coming back here when we’re back in El Salvador, Lorena was the best and her place is absolutely beautiful. Easy to find and you even have your own parking right in front in this private community.
