Vacation rentals with beach access in Aytré

The apartment is quite small but perfect for our 1 night stay. Christina met us at the entrance and showed us up to the 4th floor where the sea views were impressive. The flat had all we needed, but we only stayed the night. We dined out at one of the many restaurants and did a tour of La Rochelle in the morning, before continuing our road trip.

Small cozy apartment, ideal for a couple +2 children! Everything is there, even the beach games, umbrella etc...! very functional kitchen, nice little balcony for breakfast for two, small bathroom but very functional too... only downsides (beyond the control of the hosts): nonexistent mobile network, no Wifi and fickle TV. So perfect for unplugging!

We had a great stay. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped, very comfortable bed, nice decoration. We already knew the residence which is in a great location. The port and shops are within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and hammam. We highly recommend it.

We are delighted with our stay at Marc's place. We were hosted very well. We love the city and its beach. The apartment is super well located to enjoy the city center, shops, restaurants on foot. Apartment facing the sea. Rental as described. We also appreciated the ease of parking in mid-April.

Great host, well-equipped accommodation, beautiful location for visiting Oléron Island

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Great. I would this property. It allows you to spend a vacation in the La Rochelle region with access to the sea on foot.

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, the small balcony allows you to fully enjoy the sea view. Access to the beach is direct so you can enjoy it quickly with children . Clean apartment with everything you need, close to local shops (bakery, ice cream shop,restaurant ...) the sea bus is less than 10 minutes walk ,a beautiful discovery that allows access to the center of La Rochelle while enjoying a boat getaway. Patricia is a responsive host to the message and was accommodating on the check-in and check-out time. The person who hosted us (Patricia was away) was very welcoming and was able to answer our questions . We recommend this apartment

We had a pleasant stay. Small but functional accommodation. Just a downside for the lack of parking and everything is paid in the area, but hey, the landlord is not to blame, It is the policy of the city which increasingly restricts car access in the city.

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!
