In walking distance 800 yards to Aysgarth Falls and the Herriots Way is outside the cottage. No garden access. Two pubs

All on one level the cottage consists of entrance, kitchen with dining table, lounge with log burning stove, bedroom with king size bed and En-Suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bike Storage is available. The village of Aysgarth boasts 2 village pubs, a cafe and well stocked village shop all within walking distance. A superb centrally placed base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales

The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

Preston Mill Loft, the relaxing retreat.

Our charming couples cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed cornmill, resting in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley Station just outside the quaint market town of Leyburn. Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .

George's Cottage

George's Cottage is a one bedroom Holiday Cottage, with a private garden, situated in the heart of West Witton, mid-way between Leyburn and Aysgarth. The cottage offers a cosy retreat for couples who want a relaxing break and is ideal for a romantic getaway or exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales; a perfect base for walkers or cyclists. Please note: no smoking, we do not accept babies, children or pets.
