This is a nice place, it had everything we needed and was clean. Ian was a great communicator. The shower was a little on the small size.

Grace is a wonderful host, always available to answer questions and provide resources. The apartment is an especially great value because of its large size and capabilities, like the full-size refrigerator, stove, and washer/drier. It is go-to lodging for whatever draws you to Groton.

We so enjoyed this cozy apartment for our long weekend! The well-appointed quiet enclave is close to downtown and easy to get to from Rt 2. We aim to stay here again when returning for another evening concert at Groton Hill Music Center. Hopefully, during warmer weather so the bike path is accessible too! Aisling’s pre-visit instructions and information made our arrival and stay easy. The on-site handbook has additional apartment specific instructions. Our questions the first night (ex: What is the best setting for the floorboard heating system?) were all answered within minutes. Aisling’s restaurant suggestions were all terrific! She provides a comprehensive listing of activities and restaurants on her Host Profile page. My favorite dinner was the Gibbet Hill Grill. The barn reconstruction is amazing and roasted bone marrow appetizer is over-the-top delicious.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!
