Come and enjoy the calm and serenity offered by the proximity of the lake (swimming not allowed). A recreational area with water activities is less than 5 km away at Lake Aydat. In addition, many sports, family or cultural activities are located near the accommodation (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Château de Murol, lakes and rivers, Clermont-Fd...)

Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Access to a small above-ground pool, all quiet on private property. In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park, the Puy mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you can relax with a multitude of nature activities and exceptional landscapes nearby...

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Ideal for a family stay. This rental is located 10 minutes by car from the A71 - A75 motorway (direction Montpellier / Paris), 15 minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux / Lyon) and 20 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand.
