Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ayas

We spent 4 nights in this charming little apartment (ideal for 2 people), very well located, close to the center, shops and the start of the ski lifts leading to the Grimentz/Zinal ski area. An indoor parking space is available and we did not have to use the car for the duration of our stay. The materials used (woodwork, tiles, etc.) and the household appliances are of high quality. Perfect for a few days of skiing in Grimentz.

We had a great time in Arc 1800 at Marie Hélène's apartment. The apartment is very new and beautifully furnished. It is located below the snow front, which is accessible in 2 minutes by carrying your skis. Marie-Hélène was very available when we had any questions. We had a great vacation, and would recommend this listing.

Great location. Excellent accomodation for Tignes... you normally end up in a shoebox. Cynthia's place is a great size, and actually has separate lounge and sleeping rooms. Lots of space to chill and relax after a day on the slopes and a fully kitted out kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and 3 electric hobs, full size fridge freezer, plus a washing machine as well! Separate toilet and shower room is a bonus, no waiting when you need to "go" and someone is in the shower! Even though this is situated on the 1st floor, we didn't have any issue with noise or late night revelers which was good. Overall, this is a fantastic place, and will definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway

A lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The lounge area had lovely big windows so plenty of light. The heating worked well. Julien was very helpful. The double bedroom was lovely with lots of cupboard space. The smaller room with the triple bunk (3 singles above one another) also had a good sized cupboard. We were able to ski in/ski out and it was easy to get there by train/funicular/bus. The ski hire shops and lift pass collection point were very close to the apartment.

Nicoletta’s property was beautiful! She made us feel very welcome with a fruit/cheese plate, and a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival. She and Marguerite also let us know about the local happenings in town. She was very proactive, asking how our stay was going, and if we needed anything further. The home was very clean, and comfortable. We would love to stay at Nicoletta’s place again, someday. Cannot rate this experience highly enough. Thank you Nicoletta!

We had a wonderful time in Craig and Vanida’s place. Everything was spotless, the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and has all the amenities you could need for a mountain stay. Instructions were very clear and communication with Vanida was very quick and responsive. The surroundings to the complex are tranquil, walkable and easy to reach. There are bus stations nearby, and the common areas are a fabulous plus. Thank you for having us, we can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay in Jonathan's place. The apartment is the best I've ever stayed in for skiing - really well equipped, comfortable, ski in ski out, accessible boot room and gym/sauna/swimming pool. It was incredibly comfortable. Tignes 1800 is a small little town but has everything you need - a couple of restaurants and a well-stocked little supermarket. It was pretty easy to catch a bus in to Tignes 2100 for the evening although these did not run super regularly. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!

The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

A lovely apartment with excellent facilities in the complex, including a pool, gym, kids play area and even a small bouldering wall. Stunning mountain views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

convenient location between Chamonix-Centre and Argentiere in a quiet part of Chamonix-Les Praz, Access to Ski Area Flegere in walking distance or Minibus in 1 min distance from Apartment, short car ride to Argentiere/ Grands Montets, small shops, BArs and Restaurants in walking distance/ Les Praz, Chamonix centre also short ride. Nice Apartment, kitchen very well equipped, two bathrooms, we had a perfect stay for family ski holiday ! merci Gregory

Deborah was really helpful and friendly:) her apartment is stunning! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great! The view from the balcony is stunning! (Bonus points for the stockpile of board games)

Incredible view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, a 20-minute walk to the city center (very pleasant walk). The Spa is a real plus, superb services. Excellent stay, to be repeated :-))

Chris's place is a nice place in a nice residence. Marc was flexible and patient for our arrival. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, there are 2 real bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Access to downhill and cross-country skiing trails is nearby. A sledding hill is just a short walk away. The environment is very beautiful and quiet. Too bad there is no longer a grocery store in the village because the nearest shops are in Argentière (7 km) and the residence's game room (foosball, billiards, pinball) is no longer accessible. We still enjoyed the pool and sauna available to residents.

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

Our stay was great! The hosts were responsive and super helpful! The location was great and just a few minute walk from the center of the city. Plenty of ski rental stores around, not much to complain about. We expected it to be ski in ski out, but unfortunately the ski area next door was closed down for the season (as there was no snow left on the ground!)- which obviously was just lack of planning/research on our part, but it was just a 15 minute walk or 7 minute bus ride to the mountain from the home. Wonderful stay!

Very nice family. Gave us local recommendations on restaurants, paragliding, and spa. Friendly dog. Bed is loud. Other than that it’s a nice place at a great location and very economical for the area.

The Chalet was in prime position, not too close but well within a short drive to the nearest town & mountains for snowboarding. Getting to the chalet was easy thanks to the hosts excellent communication and directions. The chalet itself is a wonderful place. Clean, extremely roomy, and with the most wonderful views down into the valley of Les Houches. It felt like a home from home for the few days we were present there. Great kitchen, huge dining table and living room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, and it was perfect for a group of nine who had travelled to France by car. When we come back for our next visit, this place will be at the top of our list.

Absolutely, amazing. Lilla was one of the most gracious hosts I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Upon returning from dinner we ran into Lilla were I told her I wasn't feeling to great. That night she personally delivered some medicine and tea to our door which helped tremendously. overall fantastic experience, highly recommend!!

Emanuela was a great host, friendly and very responsive. I would simply suggest changing the description of one item in amenities (probably lost in translation from Italian to English): replace “dryer” by “drying rack” Not a big deal as electric laundry dryers are not commonly used in sunny Torino. Excellent stay overall.

An absolutely magical stay! We had an unforgettable time in Émilie's chalet. Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The cottage is a haven of peace, decorated with taste, and offering exceptional comfort. Every detail has been thought out to make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Émilie for her warm welcome and small touches that made all the difference. She was available and attentive throughout our stay, and her trust made the experience even more enjoyable. For adults or kids, everyone loved it. The little ones enjoyed the games and space, while the grown-ups were able to enjoy the calm and beauty of the place. We can only recommend this cottage and warmly thank Emilie for making this stay so special. We will come back without hesitation!
