Se distribuye en entrada-salón-cocina de 45 metros cuadrados, con balcón a la calle. 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas de matrimonio con camas de 160cm (15 metros cuadrado cada una) y otra con dos camas de 90cm (10 metros cuadrados). Cada habitación tiene acceso a un patio interior decorado con plantas. dos baños de 6 metros cuadrados con ducha e iluminación natural con claraboyas. Aire frio/calor en cada dependencia.
