Hello, The place is just as shown in the pictures, spacious and very clean. It is located in a quiet and very safe area. Furniture in excellent condition, very comfortable beds. Highly recommended. The only detail is the temperature of the pool as it was cold / icy and it was impossible for us to get in. Alfredo is always attentive and helpful.

Sara is very kind, the service is immediate; she tells us everything accurately for easy access, the place is clean and has the amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean.

Marlene's house is very nice, very quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting. In general, the house matches the description and what is shown in the photos, but the pool is much larger than what you see in the photos. Although she was attentive to us, she was not intrusive and gave us plenty of privacy, which is appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at Marlene's place

The host was very helpful and responsive. He provided us with local recommendations and was available to answer any questions during our stay. Best practices: - Bring food and drinks, as supermarkets are somewhat far away. - Take advantage of the pool at sunset, it's a wonderful experience.

Perfect stay in a very good place I spent a few very quiet days at this place and it exceeded my expectations. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, friendly and clear. Check-in was easy and everything was perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival. The space is as shown in the pictures, even better in person. Very cozy, with a good conditioning to and all the necessary amenities: well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and an impeccable bathroom..

This was a great place to be with very attentive and thoughtful hosts. My family and I enjoyed the stay while we were in town to visit local family.

The house is just as shown in the photos and description. It was a very pleasant stay, Omar was always attentive to messages and responded promptly. The house is very nice, the weather is pleasant and the pool, although shared, is also nice, it has a wading pool and you can swim well. There are other guests in the subdivision who do not respect the time for listening to loud music, but that does not depend on Omar. The subdivision has security, the basketball and soccer fields are fine, what needs maintenance is the children's play area; everything else is very good. We'll definitely be back because we liked it so much 😊

Excellent house with an incredible garden, super nice pool and all the amenities. The Plus is the bar under a palapa in the middle of the garden, perfectly laid out, decorated and very comfortable. We celebrate New Year and have a great time! Gerardo's attention, the host was excellent, super pending and resolving immediately and Mrs. Lety, who received us was very kind. Best of all, I saw how my puppies enjoyed running and playing in the grand garden. We'll definitely be back and recommend 100%

We rested very well and everything was fine. Only the Refri did not cool. From there everything was recommended.
