Overall, everything was great. It matched what is advertised and offered. Just a couple of things, but nothing that can't be fixed. Highly recommended to spend a few quiet days.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and super clean. I liked it very much from the moment I arrived. I felt very good. The furniture is good quality and in very good condition. The air conditioning cools the whole apartment very well, and that was very comfortable in this hot season. Ricardo's service was very good, very kind and attentive. Only at the beginning was there a situation with the invoice I had requested, for the amount handled by the platform, however, he was accessible and understanding. Everything was finally fixed. so I highly recommend it. i would definitely stay again.

It is an excellent accommodation, the attention of Mr. Guillermo and his wife was very attentive and helpful at all times. The space is ideal for the people indicated by the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a day at the pool with an evening of movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for grilled meat and you can eat inside or outside, as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

Mauricio was very attentive even before we arrived. Due to a communication error, the apartment was not cleaned, but as soon as we let them know, they sent staff to do a very good cleaning. He even gave us a second cleaning in the middle of our 8-day stay. They resolved any issues quickly. Seamless communication via messaging app. It's a small resort with swimming pools, gardens, parking, and a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a small rooftop gym with nice views. From what we have seen of Mexico, cities take up a lot of space because everything is low houses, so the location within Cuernavaca, being good, you still have to go everywhere by car. As for security, we thought it was very safe, since there is a security booth so that only residents can access it.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

Good space to rest and have a good stay

The place seemed nice and quiet, it has beautiful horses and very friendly dogs, the staff was helpful to us at all times! It's very close to Las Estacas, about 10 minutes away.

The house is very clean and tidy. I really liked that it had everything you need to have a good stay and feel right at home. Overall everything was very cozy!!!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches.
