Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. This home is in such a cute neighborhood. it's an older home that has been fixed up and is very charming. We chose not to pay for the pool to be heated, because we were just staying for a few nights and planned to spend most of our time in disneyland...as a result the pool was cold! It was February, so that is not a complaint, our son got out as quick as he got in it. The beds were firm, and everything was very clean. The showers had good water pressure and the plumbing all worked as it should. The driveway was plenty big to park two of our cars, it could have fit a third car if needed. The kitchen had good pans to cook our breakfast, and also was very clean. We did a test walk over to the parks when we first checked in, just to make sure we wouldn't get lost early the next day. It is exactly 1.5 miles to the entrance of either Disneyland or California Adventure. Great place to stay, I would book again next time we're going to Disneyland. Thank you Susy!

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

Cynthia and Ryan's place was an amazing stay. Windsor Hills/View Park is such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood to walk around in especially while enjoying the sun. The house felt like home for the entirety of my being there. It was everything I could've asked for and more, and I truly enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, the birds visiting the side patio, and the sunlit living room for reading my book. I feel rejuvenated and joyful leaving here, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Cynthia and Ryan for being great hosts, and sharing your home with me.

This really is the perfect place to stay for your Disney holiday. It felt safe and secure. Quiet, even though it is so close to the parks. It’s an easy stroll to the security check point, with clear instructions in the welcome pack. Anthony also has helpful items like a stroller to make your stay with smaller kids smoother. The bathrooms have lovely strong showers and each has a bath. Essential after long days of fun. The beds are extremely comfortable. Also a must. One of our kids found the bottom bunk claustrophobic, but the rest of us loved the cosy space. She was fine on the top bunk. The kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. And we appreciated the full laundry. Thanks Anthony!
