Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Avoca Beach

Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

Super easy check in, amazing views, and everything you could need Loved it

This property is impressive beyond words and one of the most amazing properties we have stayed in. The thought in design and execution to the highest standard is evident throughout every element of the property. The furniture is unique and of exceptional quality and thoughtfully placed to enjoy every aspect this property has to offer. There are so many activities to do, yet you can also relax and take in the view from the spa or the bath tub. We went to Berowra Waters Inn for an amazing lunch - highly recommended. Our thanks to George, Patrick and Dave for a truly memorable 10th Anniversary experience. We will be back with friends in a few months.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

The Chatlet was a Beautiful stay with three family's the kids loved the pool area and there was enough space for everyone , it was very clean and a lot of space which is great for big family. Was a perfect location if you just want to relax and do nothing with the beach just down the road and a park for the kids. Very tidy and everything you need.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

We loved staying at Lucy’s place it was super cozy and private. Lucy’s place had everything you needed. We arrived at the accomodation late and it was easy to find with festoon lighting. Lucy had turned the floor heating on which was so lovely coming from the cold outside and there was milk already in the fridge for a coffee or tea. We would definitely stay again!

Clara's home is beautiful. It's in a peaceful location and the permaculture backyard is stunning. We woke up one morning to see a roo in the garden! Clara is incredibly friendly and a great host.

Beautiful waterfront houses. Spacious areas suitable for large group. Full Kitchen amenities available. We had a great time here and would recommend to my friends.

We loved our time at Adele’s place - we were shocked to discover just how close to the beach it was, and we took full advantage of the short walk during our stay. Adele was proactive and had clear instructions for how to find the place, which was enormously helpful. The space was lovely, we loved the decor, the furniture was comfy, the view was beautiful, and we felt right at home. Restaurants and cafes in the area were excellent (I have finally found my favourite bakery!), and we would definitely come and stay again!

Perfect spot to unwind and get away from it all. Host was amazing and friendly, recommended some great activities and spots. Phenomenal spot.

Beautiful place Katty and her husband very friendly people, the pool was clean and it had the pool toys, breakfast food free. Is a pretty place for the holidays. Definitely 👍🏻 💯

Lindsay was a great host and the apartment was exactly as it was described. The balcony was a beautiful spot to enjoy breakfast as the sun was coming up. We would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about staying.

The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean. It was a pleasure to open the door and see a lovely apartment with new finishes. The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and other walking tracks. It had everything we needed and more, Gerard left a few treats for us as well, including chips, chocolate and wine! We could not have asked for anything more. Thankyou for a lovely experience!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Hedgie’s Airbnb! The Airbnb was beautiful, spotless, and had so many thoughtful touches (wine, choccies etc.). The view from the balcony was also stunning. The Airbnb was in walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and beaches. Hedgie was an amazing host, with prompt responses and plenty of local recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

One of the best places among all the ones I used in airbnb. You don’t feel it is a cabin. Feels like a big house from inside. All spaces used wisely. Nice simple furniture, cosy deck, warm bedrooms, quality linens. Jarrod made sure with all the amenities in the cabin that nothing is missing. The kids loved it, the tvs in each room, the board games etc. The peaceful scenery facing the river, the fog in the morning was fabulous. We enjoyed the paddle boarding in the river during the day, and the relaxing chill nights outside. Thank you Jarrod for such an amazing place. I highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future.

larissa was a great host, very friendly and helpful , offering additional appliances and blankets during the week as the weather changed l. replied to all messages promptly. very nice house to stay in very spacious and clean.

Brilliant stay - highly recommend this place! The house is set in a beautiful secluded spot, where local shops and cafes are only a very short drive away. On arrival we entered this stunning home, which had ample space for 4 adults. The kitchen is much bigger than the photos and newly renovated, as is the bathroom. We were impressed. Outside at the back of the house there is a lovely fire pit - we spent much time here and then inside spending time near the beautiful cozy fireplace. The house has all you need and could comfortably fit the max number specified. If you want a stay in nature with access to Laguna and a short drive to the beautiful Wollombi main town then, this is a spot to choose. We also made a day trip to Polkobin to visit the wineries ! IF you have a pet, this is a great place. We have a small foxie and he was right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Astrid’s beautiful hideaway. With its spectacular river views and peaceful, secluded location, it was the ideal weekend escape from the city. Kayaking along the river was a scenic highlight, and cosying up at night by the wood fire made it even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic getaway nestled amongst nature.

A perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway. Being delivered via water-taxi means your only option is to enjoy the view along with your snacks. A magical place, very well appointed considering its off-grid status, kick back, have a beer and play some Trivial Pursuit. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Nicky.

Loved our stay at June’s little private sanctuary. We absolutely loved the privacy and tranquility. Wallabies were adorable and it was definitely surreal waking up to them at our deck, patiently waiting for food. King parrots were beautiful. We enjoyed the short bush walk, though it was definitely tougher than it looks and offered a good challenge (take this city girl’s words with a pinch of salt for the experienced bush walkers!) We were initially intimidated by the drive in but managed it with a normal sedan. Definitely emerged well recharged. Well recommend it for anyone who needs a break from the city!

We really enjoyed it, especially the spot you had set up for making a fire.
