What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

Stunning !! Tucked away and so private . Everything just worked so well for our family of 12 . The layout of the house and garden were perfect ! You literally are in the middle of the forest surrounded by wildlife and nature . It was hard to leave the house but our recommendation for a family day out would be Moors Valley Country Park . Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We regularly holiday in England as a large family group; seven adults, five children and two dogs. Arnewood Rise is one of the best, if not the best place we have stayed. The house is generously equipped. The garden is large and beautifuly maintained and the location si excellent. Lots do do, plenty of variety and all within easy driving distance. Arabella replied quickly and helpfully to our questions. We plan to come agian.

We only stayed one night but it was a lovely caravan and we will definitely be back

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nina’s house in Southbourne, and we can't recommend it enough! The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities at the house, which added to our overall experience. Whether it was soaking in the hot tub or cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right for our getaway. Nina, our host, was exceptional. She was responsive, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nina, for being such a wonderful host!

The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked for two nights and it felt really homely and comfortable. Fiona was responsive right from the get go and was a really friendly host. She even asked if we needed a highchair and baby gate, which was a really kind to offer travelling with a toddler. My daughter also really enjoyed playing on the children’s playground and the surrounding areas were beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if we were in the area. Thank you!

When my family and I arrived at Sonia's we were lost for words!! A beautiful home in a peaceful road within walking distance through the park to the town centre. We loved the huge garden and toys for all the family to enjoy. Our little furry friends loved it too. The house itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Very grand and so much space. Sonia's little touches were gratefully appreciated. A memorable stay that we will cherish forever.

Lovely place and very easy to find. It’s in a great location as you can walk to the centre without it being in the noise. Instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay again!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

Very comfortable and felt very safe. I was there for 4 months for work and Debi was easy and flexible to work with! The living room furniture could use some updating but other than that it was great!

Perfect accommodation for me and my team to stay near our location of work. We will be using this accommodation regularly now we know it’s there. There is also good off street parking for two vehicles which is perfect for us.

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every room matched the pictures and descriptions, and the surrounding area was lovely too. Veronica was extremely responsive and answered all of our queries in a timely manner. I would definitely visit again!

We had another good stay at Vans’s place. Very spacious and quiet property.

3 nights booked for a family weeding mid-week locally , house perfect for our 3 generations of family to visit relax and prepare and recover from the celebrations. Comfortably furnished with a very family friendly garden space. 10 minute stroll into the centre of Wimborne for its nice shops and restaurants - perfect for our needs

Sarah was a great host. House is perfect for our stay with our dog Scooby and our grown up son and daughter. Really great location and very comfortable.had everything we needed. Loved the games room.
