With only a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you have everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance. Part of the outdoor area is still under renovation.

Located in idyllic Åvik in Sørlandet, Norway, you have access to everything you need for a relaxing vacation for you and your family: great hiking opportunities, idyllic surroundings, cozy fireplace moments on days with bad weather, swimming opportunities, a boat, and a sheltered dock.
