Levem ração, or bread to the beach, if it touches your heart, and feed the doguinho da Praia if you can!! saw mtos homeless tbm! the apartment is wonderful but Edir, you pay taxes there, complain at the mayor's Inst4gr @m, (I did this myself) the big beach has evolved a lot and I really think it's worth it, but the number of homeless and abandoned dogs is overwhelming. To those who feel touched is my appeal: when visiting the PG beach take something or for people who are sleeping on the street, or simply a handful of animal feed, this is distressing, but the apartment and the view from the beach make up a lot.

Our experience was incredible!!!! From the 1st contact to check-out, Rosa was kind, attentive and empathetic. Very helpful, she greeted us personally at check-in and introduced us to all the amenities of the condominium and apartment. The condominium offers many leisure options, the heated pool is wonderful... very polite staff and a safe place. The apartment is extremely comfortable, equipped and very nicely decorated. You leave the condominium and cross the street, and you're already on the beach!!!! Comfortable beds, great shower and the balcony view of the sea is SPECTACULAR!!!!!!! An indescribable spectacle.... We slept with the sound of the sea... The region offers everything, we don't take the car out of the garage for anything. Next to the condominium, there is a Carrefour and a 24-hour pharmacy. The beachfront is beautiful, structured and safe, with many dining and leisure options. Rosa's recommendation of the bakery and coffee shop is a gift for us guests! I recommend everyone visit. We will definitely return!!!

Our stay at Fabio's apartment was simply perfect! The place is exactly as described in the listing — very clean, well organized, with charming decor and all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The bed is great, the air-conditioning works great and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The location is great, with easy access to markets, restaurants and sights. Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned environments. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking ocean view! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Simply fantastic accommodation of Mr. Gustavo, inside the condominium that brought us a lot of security and tranquility, very airy and large house, very nice pool, excellent barbecue space, stove inside and outside the house and a large table for meals outside the house, 2.5 km from the most beautiful beach in Guarujá (Ilha do Mar casado).
