The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. Fantastico Apartamento! Large and comfortable room with air conditioning, full kitchen! We don't miss anything! Room with very comfortable and well ventilated beds! We sleep very well! The building and all its structure is wonderful too! It is practically on the sand of the beach. Very safe car parking, fast elevators and a very chic pool area providing a lot of comfort and sucks inside the building! High structure of the environment with places to rest in front of the sea! Rafaela served me very well, taking all the doubts and helping in the check in part. I highly recommend this apartment! You have nothing to complain about! All very well taken care of and with a sophisticated touch with lighting of LEDs all over the apartment! My family loved it! We spent perfect days there! I only have to thank you and recommend more to those who are looking to book this one, you can book with your eyes closed that the safety, quality and tranquility there will be right! TOP!!

The location of the building is great being right in the middle of the beaches Enseada and Pitangueiras. The apartment is very cozy and with a beautiful view. It was a very relaxing stay.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. Excellent stay! The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, the very beautiful decoration and all well cleaned up. The Amazing view without a doubt!!
