The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Private guest house in Sneslev, Ringsted

Enjoy our little annex in our backyard! Small private guest house of just under 40 square meters with its own entrance, parking and terrace. The small house is equipped with the most basic things - and you can borrow a baby bed and high chair, small gas grill and buy laundry etc. Please note that the bed (140x200 cm) is inside an alcove, so you have to get into the bed from the foot end... The house is on 2 floors, newer kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a large room upstairs with sofa set, 2 single and a double bed. There is an exit to the terrace overlooking horse pastures and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Private apartment on the Frederiks-Eg estate

Find peace in the "Forvalterboligen" on the Frederiks-Eg estate. From this unique 2-storey home, you have direct access to a private park, lake and forest. The country estate is from 1847 and in classic style, and the "Forvalterboligen" has been renovated continuously, most recently in 2022. We are neighbors to the outdoor swimming pool with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work daily from home and are excited to welcome you to our family farm and to a great experience in the scenic surroundings of South Zealand.

Sleepover at the studio

The studio is best suited for 4 people, with the option of two additional beds at no extra charge. There are 2 double sofa beds measuring 140 x 200 cm (55 x 79 inches). In addition, there is the option of making up a charming old pull-out bed measuring 75 x 185 cm (29.5 x 73 in.), and a sofa bed with an extra mattress measuring 110 x 190 cm (43.3 x 74.8 in.). All beds can be seen made up in the photos. The studio is designed so that guests can be creative with pencil and brush, or simply enjoy it and relax.

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

The house consists of 2 small entrances, bright kitchen-all rooms with associated living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There are 5 beds in the home. There's plenty of room in and out. The house has 2 smaller gardens. They are not fenced, but there is a hedge out to the road. There is a large cozy courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
