Ideally located accommodation if you are looking for calm, nature and disconnection but close to the city center (10-15min). Patrick welcomed us and showed us the accommodation very kindly. An ideal base for exploring this beautiful region. I would not hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!

A very pleasant stay at Monique's apartment, a large accommodation, very spacious and bright. Nothing is missing in the accommodation, it's a real plus, and it's increasingly rare on Airbnb. Thank you to Monique and her husband for this stay, they are adorable!

Wow! The Host's Valerie and Christophe were fantastic. The location was the very greatest thing, Less than 5 mins walk to anything you desire, beach restraunts bars etc. Best location in Cap'De Agde

A memorable stay in a green, quiet and peaceful setting. The space is a cozy nest filled with soul. It has everything in everyday life (kitchen and shower room) and more, and where the personal decoration thought out in every detail creates a sense of well-being. The veranda and garden are the most pleasant bonuses. Last but not least, Anne-Monique is an adorable hostess, attentive, warm, filled with kindness and generosity: a big thank you to her for everything.

Thierry is a very nice host and his home is in a secure and particularly quiet residence. The 3-week stay for my spa treatment went very well because there is nothing missing in this comfortable studio with its beautiful terrace and a 10-minute walk to beautiful beaches in the form of coves. I recommend it for any stay in the beautiful city of Sète where there are many places to visit or things to do. Dominique

We had a lovely quiet stay. It is nicely decorated and fully equipped. It was blowing hard and the space is not so well insulated so make sure you do bring some warm clothes if it's not that warm outside. Julie is very nice and helps with questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is ideally located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared a lot of good addresses, especially for eating well and enjoying the stay. This is our second time in this accommodation and no complaints. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful time with Jessica and Ludovic. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. The highlight was the view and wind protection and of course the great pool. Although very centrally located, it was very quiet. Supermarket, restaurants and wine merchants are within minutes walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute drive away. Jessica and Ludovic are very friendly and helpful. I can 100% recommend it. Thank you both very 😘 much. I really enjoyed being a guest with you.

Everything was perfect, beautiful view and destination. Clean home tidy. The fridge made a little noise that bothered you a little to fall asleep, apart from that impeccable. Thank you
