Condo vacation rentals in Avène

We spent a week in this home and were very satisfied. The accommodation is well maintained and the kitchen is very functional. Everything is within walking distance. I would like to point out that the person who takes care of the rentals is very nice and above all very responsive, everything is well notified in the accommodation and especially before arrival!!!! A wonderful guest book is available to see everything in detail, well done Ingrid! Looking forward to staying with you again to spend a wonderful week by the sea. 🪼🐙⛴️🌊

Very nice apartment identical to the photos and description. Clear instructions that allow easy access to the accommodation. Beautiful private terrace to enjoy a good breakfast outside. Beach access on foot in 2 minutes. In summary, an ideal place to enjoy the sea and visit this beautiful region.

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room in the apartment. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We will stay there again in the future.

Apartment in southern French style with functional furnishings and comfortable sleeping options (that the second single bed is directly in front of the apartment and bathroom door when you pull it out was not known to us before but since there were only three of us anyway, that was no problem for us). Very clean and despite large residential complex all in all very quiet. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful very well-equipped accommodation with a great location next to all amenities, bars, restaurants, harbor, beaches, post office, banks, etc. The private location for parking is a real plus. The instructions are clear and accurate. Katia is proactive if you need it and always with good tips and recommendations. I highly recommend it, and hopefully see you soon.

The accommodation is impeccable with all the necessities for medium-term stays. Close to the port and sufficiently set back so as not to experience the ups and downs of the summer period, it allows quick access to all the entertainment. Albert is a friendly and attentive host.

Small but very well located accommodation, close to the beaches and bike path nearby that allowed you to go to other less crowded beaches. We also really enjoyed the air conditioning and the loggia. Bus next door also to make it easier to get to the city of Sète. Very beautiful area and Virginia recommended us visits and restaurants to do thank her and her friend for hosting us. A very nice apartment, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The terrace is really nice. It is located in a very cute small residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the port. Meze is a very nice little village. We had a lovely stay and we will remember this place. We had a great off-season stay at Anne-Cecile’s with our 2 year old. Anne-Cecile was very responsive and the house was clean.

It was a great time. Very nice view from the balcony. Not a single neighborhood noise to disturb you (it was off-season). I really enjoyed the ease of access (entry/exit) by car and the basement garage which is huge. Recommended!
