Um espaco cuidado e um elevado gosto estetico na decoracao e comodidades da habitacao. Arrumacao E LIMPEZA INQUESTIONAVEIS...assim um local muito agradavel e espacoso. Abundante luz natural contribuem para o bem estar. A PRESENÇA de TV na cozinha e Hall é uma mais valia.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Beach House Babylon! Francisco is een fantastische host, super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. We kregen volop tips en informatie vooraf en ook tijdens ons verblijf reageerde Francisco heel snel op onze vragen. Qua timing hadden wij de pech dat veel restaurants dicht waren, maar met de hulp van Francisco werd ook dat opgelost. De accommodatie zelf is ook super! Op een fijne rustige locatie, op wandelafstand van het strand. Alles was ontzettend schoon, alle benodigde faciliteiten (en meer!) zijn aanwezig en ook de fijne tuin is een heerlijke plek om van te genieten. Kortom, wij zouden een verblijf bij Francisco absoluut aanraden!

Staying here was great, it’s a quiet location, but close to the center. The room was beautiful and clean, we also had an access to the washing machine and kitchen, also outdoor seating place. Excellent communication, easy to find, everything was described very well, easy self check in. If I will come back, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! 🌞

Todo estuvo súper bien, aunque no interactúe con la anfitriona debido a que no se encontraba todo fue súper explicado y todo tenía instrucciones fue sencillo llegar acceder y ocupar las instalaciones todo muy bonito, es recomendable llevar auto para pasear por los pueblos aledaños

Estive cerca de uma semana neste espaço e correu tudo bem! O quarto é limpo, arrumado e conforme as fotos, a cama é espaçosa e confortável. O quarto também tem uma mesa e um kettle que dá muito jeito. Quanto ao host, este foi sempre comunicativo, de forma a garantir que estava tudo bem! Muito obrigado

Wonderful from check-in to check-out! Looking forward to booking for next year with our friends. Great calming beautiful outdoor space, great little walking/sitting pool to cool down and chat. At night the garden comes alive either light and is a dream area to enjoy some quality time or even reading time alone. Love the natural lawn and flora. The rooms have fans which was great at night to keep a cool breeze going. Perfect space for bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

Absolutely amazing hosts and highly recommended!!!!! Had an issue during stay host was at the door in 10 minutes and dealt with issue and offered an extra due to it! Location was perfect near shops and restaurants and walking distance to main tourist attractions! Room was clean and tidy and the kitchen next door for any extras that were needed was easy to access! Already planning our next visit!

The flat has a few shortcomings, but it is atmospheric. As for the host, there is not the slightest problem in contacting him, he is very nice and helpful, and tries to make guests remember their stay with him as well as possible. In general, I highly recommend this flat :)

Carola and her husbands place was amazing. It’s just beautiful, there are literal figs and avacado trees, gardens, a pool over looking the coast, just great! Sparkly clean. Large place too. Carola was excellent about communication, accommodating our late check in. One of the blinds was broken; once told it was fixed by the afternoon. A nice quiet location, safe, good to explore Porto and the north Portugal area. 5/5 will stay here again!

Très bon endroit avec des petites chambres parfaites ! Tout était propre, confortable, bien entretenu !! Magnolia Inn est juste à côté d'un parc magnifique, à 10-15 minutes à l'université, 10-15 minutes du centre d'Aveiro, avec des très bons cafés dans le coin. Echanges très aimables avec la hôte ! Merci, je retournerai sans hésitation !!

Jag och min vän bodde i Guest house DML en vecka och det var jättetrevligt. Bra läge, fint rum, rena gemensamma ytor och en vacker uteplats. Vi skulle ansolut komma tillbaka och rekommenderar det om man besöker Aveiro!
