This is an elegant and neat typical Aveiro downtown house, with all touristic attractions, amazing restaurants and nightlife around the corner. Located in a traditional Aveiro neighborhood having the park and 'ria' just across the street. Unfortunately during this time the park is occupied by construction works for future improvement of the area what affects the neighbourhood

This villa is a restored house, located in one of the typical neighborhoods of downtown Aveiro. It is about 200 meters from the city canal where you can see the moliceiros. The vast majority of services can be found in the area, as the house is very central. Great for resting, having a good time and walking around the city center. This house has plenty of space inside and a terrace in the back.
