Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. The fully equipped apartment features a balcony with panoramic views of the famous Costa Nova sidewalk and the estuary. It has a bedroom, a full kitchen, a living room with TV and a bathroom. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen. Alternatively, there are several seafood restaurants nearby.

Stilt Tree House - Vale da Silva Villas

No kids allowed at the Tree House I have horses, goats and sheep, some ducks, dogs, turtles and cats. You do not have access to the animals, except if you want. They are separated by fences. If you do not like animals or nature, I am sorry but this place is not good for you!
