It’s a cosy and homely place, ideal for travellers staying more than one night and looking for a calm, lived-in atmosphere. A supermarket and several cafés are just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The beaches of Costa Nova, Barra, are about 10 km away, and the city of Aveiro is just 8 km from the house.

Nas imediações (menos de 1km) tem várias infraestruturas como padaria/pastelaria, restaurantes, farmácia, posto de correio, bombas de combustivel, supermecado e comércio tradicional.
