I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment, I had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, everything you need is around you. I stayed for 2 days, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The host provided ample amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again!

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

The apartment is very cool, clean and in a great location! Michel was just incredible and hospitable. we never had to ask him questions, he always anticipated our wishes and sent all the necessary information in advance. Highly recommended!

When you travel with children, a seamless experience is difficult to come by, but the Hotelise team has blown us away once again. The apartment we booked was beautiful (even better than the photos!) and having arrived on a delayed flight with lost luggage, we were able to find where the keys were at 3am without issue. Knowing that I could message the team at any point was also very useful and alleviated any potential stress. Our key had an issue one day. I texted them in the morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. Everything was so simple, down to booking a cleaning service. Not only will I be back, but I certainly recommend this top notch & reliable service!

We had a great stay at Michael's / Hotelise's place. It was very central and easy to find. They gave very clear instructions how to enter the apartment. We had everything for a group of 4 - very nice that every room had its own bathroom! A couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the next supermarket was a 10 min walk. We would book it again.

Amazing location!! Right in the heart of the city. Vahan and his wife were exceptional hosts. Very attentive and checked up on me numerous times. The actual unit itself was spacious and seemed to have just been newly renovated. Everything was where it should be and I really can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend!!

Get ready for an amazingly friendly and helpful host. We had every help you could expect to arrive without stress and difficulties at the accomodation. The flat is very central next to a beautiful park, walking distance to a lot of sights and even more restaurants and bars. Clean, cozy and definitely a place to relax!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Garegin's place. He and his family are super friendly, always in touch, very helpful and extremely polite. Whenever I needed help, Garegin was just there to guide me. Before the trip I asked several questions about the place and the city, and he explained everything with detail to me (which is something most hosts usually do not do!). The place was perfect and exactly looked like the pictures and it was near to the republic square. Garegin offered a free pick up from the air port once, and It really helped me to easily check in the place easily. They also organize very nice tours with reasonable costs, which is highly recommended! Overall, if you are planning to visit Yerevan with your family, I would definitely recommend Garegin's place. I am 100% sure that we will visit their place again. Thanks to dear Garegin and his great family. I wish them all the bests and looking forward to meeting them again soon. Servus!

Spacious accommodation, convenient lockbox system for late arrivals, airco available, very pleasant courtyard where we ate outside several times and cute garden that allows you to be quiet in the lively town of Yerevan. Rooms on the side of the streets a little noisy, on the other hand overlooking Mount Ararat on a clear day:-) Needs to have a car or take taxis to get around. Not too far from the airport. Very clean accommodation, responsive host, thank you to Karine.

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

The apartment and the complex are new and modern furnished. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Anything that belongs to a home. The apartment building is secured 24/7 and there are very friendly people working. You'll be in the center in 10 minutes and the taxi (GG) will often be ready before you've had time to put on your shoes. In short, recommended for those who don't mind being a little further from the center.

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira
