Great place to stay! The apartment is very bright and cozy, has everything you need for your stay. There was also very good internet, which is important for people who work from home. The host was polite and helpful, always responsive and helpful if we asked. There was a large supermarket near the house, and in general the apartment is not very far from the center, we walked in 20-25 minutes. I would sincerely recommend this place ☺️

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. We had a great weekend stay at this Airbnb. Check-in was super easy, and the host provided all the necessary information in advance. The space is comfortable and well-equipped, making it great not just for a short visit but also for a longer stay. The view of the mountains is beautiful, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.
