Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Experience Monferrato between taste and relaxation

A small and cozy loft in the heart of Monferrato and in the center of the village, a stone's throw from the vineyards, the cities of art, and the nearby Langhe. The studio has a breathtaking panoramic view. It has an independent entrance, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Suitable for a couple or family with 1/2 children. It has a TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, and dishes for breakfast or a small meal (no gas stove).

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
