Monthly Rentals in Caxias do Sul

This was my second time at Alessandro's place. The apartment is second to none, clean, functional, well-located. The restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre are all walking distance. Alessandro's, the host himself is responsive, helpful and friendly. His attention to detail and communication skills undoubtedly stand out. I highly recommend his place.

Elianes was an excellent host, very understanding and helped us with the accommodation when our flight to Caxias do Sul was canceled, allowing us to transfer the stay to next week

We were very well received, the co-host treated us with kindness and sympathy. He was also super helpful at all times and responded quickly. We can even count on him for restaurant tips. No complaints! We intend to return and stay in this apartment again.

Check-in was very easy, we felt at home, had TV, a beautiful balcony and also washing machine and dryer. In addition to the location a few steps from the central square of Caxias and from supermarkets. I highly recommend it. ❤ Nota mil for Renata and the site!
