Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

It is dominated by a 15th century in "pierre de tuffeau" tower. You will appreciate this house for its peaceful energy, its decoration, its garden, its swimming pool in season, its luminosity, its comfortable beds and a magnificent kitchen. A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

In the charming village of Turquant and in the heart of the vineyards is our pretty estate dating from the 14th century, and our independent gîte with views of the Loire and its valley. The living room and its charming kitchen with panoramic view as well as its romantic bedroom upstairs will seduce you. Recently renovated the Orangerie offers, on either side of a vast living room, 2 independent wings. Welcome to all nature lovers (on foot, by bike or on horseback!), animals (La Flèche et Doué zoo, fishing). - The bed will be done. - Cleaning: if you don't want to do it yourself we can take care of it

Family home / friends

Modification of rates/night: linens and towels now included Our friends liked the house right away when we bought it, so we want to share it with other large families or good groups of friends! We are slowly starting renovation work so the photos are not contractual! 😉 The house is IN ITS JUICE. The rooms are spacious and the living rooms are pleasant, but it is an old farmhouse that is not very bright, in a beautiful setting.
