Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Recently renovated, the Orangerie offers, on both sides of a large living room, 2 independent wings. Welcome to all lovers of nature (on foot, by bicycle or on horseback!), animals (zoo of La Flèche and Doué, fishing). - The beds will be made. - Cleaning: if you don't want to do it yourself we can take care of it

A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
